In this analogy, sections are like the draws in a filing cabinet. In each filing cabinet draw, are folders, each folder is like a category. The folders (categories) contain your documents, or articles.

How do you manage sections and categories? In the administrator area, or "back-end" of your website under "Content" you have a "section manager", and a "category manager". Here you can add edit or delete sections and categories as your website content evolves.
