Website Design Process
ClickWebDesign has five stages to ensure the best results for small business websites. You will be guided through the planning, design, build, launch, hosting and support of your business website.
Planning
Once a booking has been made, you will be given a start date at which time your business website design will commence. We make good use of the time leading to your start date by helping you plan and prepare with a set of questionnaires and other helpful information.
This information educates us about your business, so when the start date arrives, we have collated your idea's and content to get the perfect website quickly, and affordably.
During this time we also register your domain name, and supply a certificate of registration.
Design
So with this input, your designer will present images of the website design concept, a description of the idea's behind it, and a sitemap of the intended pages. Provide your feedback on the appearance, layout and features before we begin building your website.
Build
Your website is built from the finalized design concept, customizing shopping carts, newsletters, and forms to your brand, products, and services. You can view the progress live on our preview site, so we can make any adjustments before your website is launched.
Launch
It’s an exciting time when your small business website goes live. The thrill of watching your website visitors and sales grow will give you an apatite for more and more website traffic! Once the build is approved, we transfer your website, live on your domain within 12-48 hours, and your open for online business!
Hosting and Support
We don't deploy your website and disappear. We view our role as an ongoing "strategic alliance" in all things relating to your online presence. Our reliable hosting, technical support and online business advice ensure your website not only runs seamlessly, but helps drive your business success.
The first stage of hosting and support is training on the administration of your business website, showing you how to easily update your website articles and images.
